Job Summary
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts for our apartment communities. Your role will be instrumental in increasing occupancy, strengthening community engagement, and maintaining a strong digital and local presence.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Branding
✅ Manage and update property websites, ensuring accurate and appealing content.
✅ Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms.
✅ Design flyers, promotional materials, and event advertisements.
✅ Respond professionally to online reviews, particularly on Google and apartment listing platforms.
Community Engagement & Outreach
✅ Develop and execute community promotions and referral programs.
✅ Partner with local businesses, schools, and organizations to increase visibility.
✅ Build relationships with HR representatives at local businesses to assist employees with housing needs.
✅ Establish referral partnerships with real estate locators, insurance agents, housing programs, and other key partners.
Grassroots & In-Person Marketing
✅ Promote the community through foot traffic marketing, visiting local businesses and attending events.
✅ Engage with housing program leads to connect potential tenants with available units.
✅ Organize and participate in community events to foster resident engagement and attract new renters.
Collaboration & Strategy
✅ Work closely with the leasing team to align marketing efforts with leasing goals.
✅ Track and analyze marketing efforts, making adjustments to optimize results.
✅ Stay up-to-date with local market trends to identify opportunities for increased visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
✔ 2*-5 years of marketing experience*, preferably in real estate, multifamily, or hospitality.
✔ Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, and grassroots outreach.
✔ Experience creating marketing materials (flyers, social posts, email campaigns, etc.).
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Familiarity with Google Reviews, social media management tools, and Canva is a plus.
