Job Title: RV Prep Specialist
Location: Blacksford, Belgrade, Montana (On-site)
Job Description:
Blacksford is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as an RV Prep Specialist. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, stocking, and prepping Class B and C RVs to ensure they are ready for our customers' adventures. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service will help ensure our clients start their journey in a clean, well-prepared vehicle. Must be over the age of 21 and have a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and clean both the interior and exterior of Class B and C RVs
- Stock RVs with necessary supplies and ensure all equipment is in working order
- Inspect RVs for any maintenance or repair needs
- Ensure vehicles are well-prepared and organized for customers’ travel
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient prep of all vehicles
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of RVs is a plus but not required
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to lift and carry supplies (up to 50 pounds)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Available to work weekends
Compensation:
- $20-$23 per hour, based on experience
