What You'll Need to Succeed :

Must-Haves :

Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care License Required.
Graduate of an accredited CRT or RRT program Required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a related field Preferred.

Strong critical thinking skills to assess and respond effectively to patient needs.

Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
