About the Role:
Are you a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician with a passion for problem-solving and keeping equipment running at peak performance? We're looking for a Level II Maintenance Technician to join our team and support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll perform a wide range of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our production equipment.

What You'll Do (Role & Responsibilities):
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machinery
- Conduct repairs, alignments, and equipment adjustments as needed
- Test and maintain electrical systems using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and related tools
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals to complete tasks accurately
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and document equipment performance
- Collaborate on continuous improvement and process optimization projects
- Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on proper maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
What You Bring (Skills & Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED (Technical degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems and basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to read precision measuring instruments and interpret technical documentation
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and grow in your trade
