Blackstone Construction LLC. is now accepting applications for Lowboy Truck Driver for our Russellville, Arkansas operations. You will play a crucial role in our operations by safely and efficiently transporting heavy equipment to and from various job sites such as commercial parking lots, city streets, county and state roadways, as well as interstate highways. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper loading, securing, and unloading of equipment while adhering to all relevant safety regulations and company policies. You will work closely with our operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of equipment to our clients.
General Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
· Safely operate a lowboy trailer and truck to transport heavy equipment to and from job sites.
· Inspect equipment and vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
· Ensure that all equipment is properly loaded, secured, and unloaded in compliance with safety standards.
· Communicate effectively with the operations team to coordinate schedules and prioritize deliveries.
· Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a clean driving record.
· Knowledge and ability to navigate in construction site areas.
Qualifications:
· Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements (Class A required).
· Proven experience in operating lowboy trailers and transporting heavy equipment.
· Clean driving record with no history of serious violations.
· Strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
· Must be able to comply with DOT Requirements.
· Work independently as well as take direction.
