- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform according to business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OutSystems applications
- Enhance the performance and scalability of existing applications
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality
- Mentor junior team members and help develop their skills in OutSystems development
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in OutSystems and related technologies
- 5 - 7 years of experience in software development in specific OutSystems development
- Strong understanding of the OutSystems platform, including architecture, best practices, and development methodologies
- Proficiency in web and mobile application development using OutSystems
- Experience in integrating OutSystems applications with third-party systems and APIs
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with SQL and database management is a plus
- Relevant certifications in OutSystems development are an advantage
