We are seeking a highly experienced, sharp, and driven Transactional Attorney to join our team. This candidate would play a crucial role in overseeing the legal facets of class action settlements, ensuring that all procedures are executed efficiently and adhere to legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and revising various contracts, with a focus on complex class action settlement agreements.
• Settlement Processes: Preparing motions for court approval of class action settlements and collaborating with class action administrators to ensure proper settlement administration.
• Document Preparation: Creating and refining class action notices, claim forms, and other related documents to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Monitoring Compliance: Overseeing class action administrators to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with court instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in employment litigation
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and drafting.
• Experience with class action settlements is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
