Responsibilities
- Contract Management : Negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and revising various contracts, with a focus on complex class action settlement agreements.
- Settlement Processes : Preparing motions for court approval of class action settlements and collaborating with class action administrators to ensure proper settlement administration.
- Document Preparation : Creating and refining class action notices, claim forms, and other related documents to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Monitoring Compliance : Overseeing class action administrators to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with court instructions.
