Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Posting Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across various social media platforms to ensure timely and engaging communication with our audience. The ideal candidate has a passion for social media, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure posts align with marketing campaigns and company goals.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all posts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
