In Office Position
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
40 hours/week
Essential Functions:
- Process CIPL documents for various customers using specified platforms for each account.
- Receive, organize, and respond to emails sent by various customers and factories regarding missing or inaccurate shipping documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal accounting team to ensure invoices and billing packets are submitted accurately and on time.
- Create and update SOP’s and update excel templates to streamline efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal import team to manage accounts and trouble shoot various issues including document submission, document/invoicing accuracy, prioritization, etc.
- Update and maintain internal system (Net Suite) and various assigned tasks upon request.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- HS diploma
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of overall business operations, preferred
