Starting Pay: $17.50 an hour
Mon-Friday: 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Requirements
Inbound Receipts
- Create Transfer Orders for scheduled containers
- Work with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure Transfer Orders are correct
- Maintain receiving data on the Container Schedule
- Review carrier reports to ensure the Transit report is accurate
- Audit the Transit location weekly
- Work with Purchasing, Sales, and 3PL partners to ensure correct receipt of inventory and maintain accurate stock level
Deposco (WMS)
- Create and maintain user accounts, passwords, and permissions
- Maintain item record data integrity (Manage Pack Keys, UPCs)
- Maintain location record data integrity
- Print LPN, location, and pack UPC labels
- Create new storage and staging locations
- Relabel locations and item movement vessels
Netsuite
- Work with Product Development to maintain item record data integrity (Each, Case, Master Pack UPCs, Dimensions, Weights, and Pallet Quantities)
- Create and maintain reports as requested
- Maintain the Pallet Count Spreadsheet and updated Netsuite/Deposco with the correct values
Other responsibilities:
- Request Office / Outlook accounts for new users
- Audit Deposco user list and permissions bi-annually
Qualifications needed:
- High school diploma or GED
- Extreme attention to detail
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Prior experience with NetSuite and/or Deposco preferred
- Some database experience helpful
- Familiarity with warehouse process flows, from item record creation through shipping
- Reliable attendance is essential for this role to support the smooth operation of daily tasks
