Description:
The Marketing Communications Specialist will help plan, produce, and oversee execution of marketing and communications plan activities including media, promotions, and collateral materials. Develop materials to deliver the organization's messages to the public and the media. They will also assist with organization and coordination of demonstrations, activations, tradeshows, and other events.
Essential Functions:
· Copywrites and proofreads Marketing collateral.
· Develops PPT presentations to support marketing initiatives.
· Creates newsletters, with direction from MarCom Manager.
· Develops strategy for expanding the business and market share.
· Develops promotional strategies for new product launches and helps maintain a calendar of events.
· Helps manage and implement special events such as trade shows, and commercial meetings, and other internal activities as needed.
· Helps manage the product demonstration program.
· Manages collateral and assets in house and for brand representative.
· Collaborates with cross functional teams; Graphic Design, Product Development, Social Media, Customer Service, etc.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- BS in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly organized with great capacity for details
