Flex Security Officer
Position Description:
The Flex Security Officer is highly trained security guard trained to cover all Blackstone sites in the event of last minute call offs, vacation coverage or other emergency situations.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Must meet all Blackstone Dress and Grooming Standards at all times.
- Must have open availability and able to work all shifts.
- Needs to have reliable transportation to get to and from all sites.
- Needs to complete Daily Activity Reports to Blackstone and client standards. Making sure to log all patrols, events, incidents, etc. that occurred during assigned shift.
- Must complete site specific training as directed/schedule by Blackstone Operations.
- Conducts self in a professional manner when interfacing with clients, public and Blackstone employees.
- Needs to be available to work specific sites on short notice call outs.
- Must meet compliance levels for Guard Level 1, Guard Level 2 and Guard Level 3.
Primary Objective
Flex Officer is to always conduct himself in a professional manner. Complete all assigned tasks on site as directed by post orders, client contact and Blackstone Operations. Complete Daily Activity Reports in full, logging all information on events that occurred during assigned shift. Flex Officer is to always meet Blackstone Security Dress and Grooming Standards. Flex Officer is to be open to change and must be able to adapt to multiple posts and sites.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft Word/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Office Outlook/Power Point preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
