Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Position Description:

Operations/Scheduling is under the direct supervision of the Division Manager.

Operations/Scheduling will:

Maintains and updates the schedule for all clients and guards using existing scheduling software. Assists in creating and updating weekly schedules for static and patrol guard force to minimize overtime. Must have a working knowledge of all Blackstone’s client post requirements and will assist in the development of post orders and site startups. Answers company phone for all guard communications during their shift. Works under the oversight of the Division Manager to ensure the mission of Blackstone Security is completed in a professional manner.

Operations/Scheduling provides leadership and oversite of the Supervisors and guard force assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operations and schedules ensuring required coverage is in place.

Job Requirements

• · State Armed/Unarmed Security Guard License
• · Experience in Microsoft Word/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Office Outlook.
• · Must maintain a clear criminal background and pass all random drug testing requirements.
• · 36-month clean driving record and proof of insurance.
• · Must meet all Blackstone Security Dress and Grooming Standards at all times.
• · Needs to have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• · Ability to train the proper way to fill out Daily Activity Reports to Blackstone and client standards.
• · Conducts themselves in a professional manner when interfacing with clients, public and Blackstone employees.
• · Ability to adapt to change quickly.
• · Leadership training preferred (as scheduled by Blackstone).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
