Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address security risks or breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Write detailed incident reports as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Operate and monitor security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 for armed positions).
- Valid state-issued security license (or willingness to obtain if required).
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
