Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Project Manager - Media to join our Client's team.
Responsibilities
- Lead various platform messaging campaigns to retain users, plan A / B testing to optimize performance, and work with vendors on tool roadmap / enhancements, in collaboration with the outbound marketing and platform engagement teams.
- Partner with creative, merchandising, product, legal, and other internal teams to deliver all necessary campaign assets / details on time, as well as QA campaigns to ensure seamless deployment.
- Produce, share, and use critical metric reporting on a regular and consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement in process and results, including identifying performance drivers and insights.
- Partner with other teams in the business, including business intelligence and analytics, to project manage the delivery of analysis to the customer retention team.
- Compile best practices and competitive intelligence within retention marketing to share with internal teams.
