We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized fully Bilingual Spanish Paralegal to join our personal injury law firm in Northwest Houston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases, including pre-litigation and litigation support.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as demand letters, petitions, and discovery responses.
- Maintain and organize client files and case documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
- Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients as needed.
- Conduct legal research and compile case law relevant to ongoing cases.
- Prepare settlement summaries and manage lien negotiations.

Compensation and benefits for this position are very competitive. Compensation in this position can reach up to $88k bonus for the ideal individual.
