Our well known Financial Services Client in Downtown Houston is seeking a new college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance or similar to add to their growing team. They are looking for an individual that is sharp and eager to learn the in’s and outs of the Financial Services industry. This position will work on a small team in the Middle Office support team. They will help mentor you to be successful and productive member of their dynamic team. This role will work very closely with their 3 rd party management team and internal management. Only Individuals with a Bachelor’s degree or in their final year before graduation will be considered.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to questions regarding account holdings
- Maintain 3 rd party communication to include handling calls and responding to client emails in order to provide or gather information and / or answer inquiries or questions etc.
- Survey and query an extensive amounts of data
- Create, schedule, and maintain follow up tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and execution of required actions.
- Maintain operational compliance by tracking all pending paperwork and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Reconcile accounts and Review portfolio holdings
- Participate in ensuring adequate controls and procedures
- Conduct product research and stay up to date on market trends and changes.
Qualifications :
