As an ERP Change Management Specialist, resource should possess deep expertise in change management strategies, training, documentation, and communications within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Leadership: Lead and drive the change management strategy and execution for a large-scale ERP implementation, ensuring successful adoption and utilization across two major manufacturing sites.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to understand business needs, mitigate risks, and address resistance.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring clear and consistent messaging throughout the project lifecycle.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver a robust training strategy to ensure end-users are effectively educated on new systems, processes, and tools.
- Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including training materials, user guides, and change impact assessments.
- Change Impact Analysis: Conduct detailed change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to support user adoption and minimize disruption.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track change management KPIs to measure effectiveness, adoption rates, and end-user proficiency.
Professional Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in change management.
- 5 years leading change management for large-scale ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and tools, with the ability to tailor approaches to fit organizational culture and project needs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Training and Development: Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs for ERP systems, preferably in manufacturing settings.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with implementation partners and internal project teams.

Education & Certifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Prosci Change Management Certification, PMP
- ERP certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Infor ERP preferred).
