We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to lead our maintenance department. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks.
- Maintain electrical systems, utilizing tools such as an Ohmmeter for diagnostics and repairs.
- Fabricate parts and components as necessary to support maintenance operations.
- Lead a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any facility-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a maintenance department or similar environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with project management principles to effectively oversee maintenance projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
