Job Description:
We are looking for a driven, detail oriented, and passionate person to join our Institutional Client Solutions team. The Associate will be involved in supporting Institutional Client Solutions for the BXMA business globally but with a primary focus on the North American market. The Associate will have significant interface with senior members of the BXMA team and other groups within the firm (including portfolio management, legal and compliance, and product development) and will be part of the front line team interfacing with our clients. Furthermore, the associate will:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. Prior internship or work experience at a financial services firm is preferred. The successful candidate should have 2 years of prior work experience and must have an undergraduate degree and a strong academic track record. Prior experience working with clients directly or working on client related presentations is a strong preference.
In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should (have):
Expected annual base salary range:
$145,000 - $160,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.

We are looking for a driven, detail oriented, and passionate person to join our Institutional Client Solutions team. The Associate will be involved in supporting Institutional Client Solutions for the BXMA business globally but with a primary focus on the North American market. - Respond directly to client inquiries and host performance update calls with existing clients
- Work closely with our reporting team to create high quality materials to update clients on their experience with BXMA and refresh these materials periodically
- Serve as the secondary on strategic accounts on day 1 with the trajectory to become the primary relationship manager on multiple clients over time
- Complete due diligence requests and create investor profiles
- Provide investor relations diligence support to BXMA investors globally
- Assess client risk and determine appropriate next steps to ensure best-in-class client engagement
- Work with the team to develop new business initiatives and new product lines
- Continually seek to improve internal processes and strategy related to the client experience
