Blackstone Private Equity Strategies ("BXPE") is Blackstone's flagship private equity offering for individual investors. BXPE is a perpetual fund which invests in diversified global private equity opportunities alongside Blackstone's private equity platform. The team invests across 15 PE strategies spanning industries, geographies and investment structures, representing the breadth of Blackstone's equity investing capabilities.

Job Description :
This role will provide the Private Equity Strategies business in strategic support, project management, administrative operations, and expense coordination, including, but not limited to
- Manage BXPE expenses, including the expense allocation process, reviewing and approving expenses, creating and implementing reporting on expense budgets to track spend and inform strategic decisions
- Manage deal pipeline operations, including overseeing the weekly deal tracking sheet, DealCloud governance
- Lead point of contact for coordination with the BXPE Board of Directors including communications, meeting materials and agendas where applicable
- Partner with COO on all aspects related to compensation planning and talent management
- Coordinate BXPE hiring and candidate pipeline and oversee new hire onboarding and programming
- Oversee executive support and administrative workflows
- Facilitate senior management recurring and ad hoc presentations and analysis as requested
Qualifications :
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have strong communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, and a desire to work in a team environment, often with competing deadlines. A solid knowledge of business strategy, finance, and accounting is desirable.

Expected annual base salary range :
120,000 - $185,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation : Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
