Job Description:
Strategic Partners is seeking an experienced analyst to join their growing New York team, dedicated to the secondary real estate group. Blackstone’s analyst programs offer a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to develop a well-rounded perspective on business and investing. Analysts are involved in extensive valuation analyses and financial modeling of real estate funds, companies, portfolios and properties, as well as with the diligence, evaluation, and execution of transactions. Analysts will gain valuable experience by working on secondary transactions, fund and single-asset recapitalizations, co-investments and other unique real estate deals. Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos, structuring and executing investments, and monitoring existing real estate portfolio investments.
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks candidates who are highly motivated and creative individuals and who have demonstrated professional and/or academic achievements, as well as have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Applicants for this role should have 1 years of real estate related experience in investment banking or private equity.
A successful candidate will be:
Expected annual base salary range:
$100,000 - $110,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
