Job Description:
The Expense Team Analyst will support all aspects of the BXCI Expense Team.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated. A background in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required. The analyst will provide support in the day-to-day management of Travel and Entertainment expense allocations, expense software (EAS) for invoice allocation and other Finance responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Candidates should exhibit strong technical and analytical skills as well as exceptional communication skills. Candidates should be motivated, team-oriented individuals committed to finding creative and innovative solutions who thrive on challenge in a dynamic environment. This role requires someone who can switch effectively they will be supporting a wide variety of functions. The individual must be able to identify and troubleshoot risk. We are looking for an ambitious candidate who can master a myriad of tasks.
Expected annual base salary range:
$90,000 - $125,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.

Job Description:
The Expense Team Analyst will support all aspects of the BXCI Expense Team.

- Update workflows for T&E reports and approvals
- Perform T&E report allocation and invoice allocation training for new employees
- Respond to employee questions about T&E allocations
- Review expense reports for adherence to policies and allocation procedures
- Follow up with employees for invoice approvals
- Provide expense status reporting
- Provide back-up to team providing administrative support to Expense Allocation System
- Assist on technical system troubleshooting and provide user assistance
- Update system data as needed
- Field questions from Blackstone vendor management and vendors directly regarding invoice status by performing research on payment status
- Manage allocation of select research and technology services
- Perform special projects as needed, including fund name updates in systems
