Responsibilities:
The Talent Development Partner will work directly with their Talent Development team, HR Business Partners and the businesses to develop and execute comprehensive learning and leadership development solutions. The primary responsibilities are to ensure Blackstone professionals have the right skills and development plans to be successful both internally and with clients, partner with the business to identify and harness the potential of top talent, support the firm’s growth by helping Blackstone maintain consistent firm culture and quality of talent, implement programs that strengthen the leadership capability and development of Blackstone professionals. This role will focus on providing support to firm-wide programs and training for specific groups, such as various investment groups and Technology Innovations group (BXTI).
Specific responsibilities include:
Expected annual base salary range:
$120,000 - $140,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute training needs and programs; manage existing programs and devise plan for additional training needs (e.g. management training, presentation skills, etc)
- Provide recommendations for group specific development sessions and programs; advise on content, agenda, and speakers; monitor for overall effectiveness and alignment to Blackstone standards
- Design and deliver workshops on management and professional development topics for Blackstone professionals at various levels as well as for specific businesses
- Support efforts with Global Talent Development to build and facilitate firm-wide “career landmark programs”
- Provide program management support for executive development initiatives
- Research and source external partners for design and delivery of programs
- Build relationships with colleagues across businesses/regions to better support their talent development needs
- Analyze and track workshop feedback, demand and participation
- Support leadership assessment and executive coaching needs
- Contribute to the firm-wide initiatives and partner closely with team to provide development solutions
- Lead facilitation of specific training programs as necessary
- 5 years of experience in HR, focus on learning & development or talent a plus; experience in Financial Services is preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Strong team player and willing to “roll up sleeves”
- Technology Skills: Strong proficiency in using relevant technology and systems, particularly Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools is preferred
- Ability to develop relationships across businesses and global HR
- Results orientated; must drive strategy with ability to independently execute
- Superior communication skills – both written and verbal; ability to interact confidently with all levels of the organization and group
- High level of professionalism
- Must thrive in a dynamic, diverse, global organization
- Must possess ability to work across a broad group and independently execute programs
- Outstanding Power Point and Excel skills
