Blackstone’s Legal & Compliance group provides Legal Analysts with the opportunity to work alongside experienced in-house counsel at one of the world’s leading financial institutions. This role is designed for individuals interested in corporate governance, private funds, regulatory compliance, and transactional law within a fast-paced in-house legal environment. This position is ideal for a candidate who has an interest in private funds, public company, litigation and transactional law from an in-house legal perspective.
Legal Analysts play a critical role in supporting Blackstone’s legal operations, engaging with senior executives, investment professionals, and external counsel to analyze legal risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and support high-profile transactions. The role involves significant exposure to corporate governance, investment structuring, regulatory frameworks, and conflict management across Blackstone’s businesses.

Expected annual base salary range:
$90,000 - $125,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.

Legal Analyst responsibilities may include:
- Managing internal reporting for BXCI’s governance committees, with a focus on conflicts of interest, regulatory disclosures, and legal risk analysis
- Liaising with senior executives, external counsel, and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with technology-driven solutions for legal reporting
- Collaborating among internal stakeholders on the execution of deals and other initiatives
- Assisting in responding to regulatory inbounds, including fact finding and review of filings
- Providing support relative to structuring, formation and offering of any new funds, products or securities
- Researching and summarizing industry trends, best practices, and regulatory and case law developments, including potential impact on the industry and firm
- Assisting in preparing materials responsive to existing investors and other stakeholders’ requests
