Through its private equity, infrastructure and real estate platforms Strategic Partners has executed 2,100+ transactions that represent interests in around 5,600 underlying fund interests managed by over 1,700 different financial sponsors. Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Description: The Administrative Assistant will provide support to Blackstone’s Strategic Partners finance team in New York. The responsibilities include: Managing calendar(s) including scheduling internal and external appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other assistants Answering calls and acting as a gatekeeper, redirecting inquiries to other professionals when appropriate, as well as client liaison Acting as back-support for other senior professionals Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels, and other reservations Completion of detailed corporate expenses including allocation, tracking receipts and reimbursements Booking conference rooms for internal and external meetings, meeting and greeting guests, registering guests in visitor system Coordinating on-going group meetings, managing team meeting agendas, and organizing team events and cultural initiatives Maintaining and organizing files Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies Role may require some work after regular business hours to do time sensitive tasks Assisting with a variety of bespoke projects Qualifications: Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate should have: 3+ years of assistant experience Ability to utilize discretion and independent judgment Team oriented individual who builds relationships and thrives in a dynamic environment Strong communication skills; high EQ Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity Experience with coordinating travel arrangements Independent worker with strong follow-through skills Ability to build relationships with key players and management Creative thinker Extensive familiarity with Microsoft suite Familiarity with Concur is preferred

Salary : $70,000 - $130,000
