We are seeking a creative and highly experienced Corporate Video Producer with an established track record of managing a team of content creators in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This individual reports to the Production Team’s lead producer and oversees the execution of firm and business unit videos globally within Blackstone’s Marketing organization. It requires a strong understanding of financial services and all aspects of video creation from concepting to budgeting, directing talent, and working with our internal postproduction team as well as external agencies and production companies.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and Execute the Firm’s Video Strategy
Serve as the central point of contact for all matters related to Blackstone’s firm and business unit videos
Work with the broader marketing organization to lead video shoots with the firm’s senior executives
Mentor and manage a team of several video producers who execute hundreds of video assets annually

Expected annual base salary range :
160,000 - $225,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation : Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
