The Event Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing events from conception to completion while adhering to budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including corporate functions, weddings, fundraisers, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and kept within limits.
- Negotiate contracts with entertainment providers.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering arrangements, guest services, and transportation.
- Market events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Provide exceptional guest services before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee on-site event management to ensure everything runs according to plan.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for future improvements.
Skills
