Job Description

Responsibilities and Deliverables :

Responsible for visual inspection, labeling and packaging of final products to meet customer requirements.
Review documentation accompanying final products for accuracy.
Ensure finished product is packaging per processes in Persimmon’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Confirm all visible hardware are torqued per specifications.
Capture photos of robot and upload into MES.
Provide feedback and report on out-of-spec findings to Quality Management System.

Skills Required :

Proficiency in the use of basic mechanical hand-measuring tools including calipers, torque drivers and basic hand tools.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable using MS Office products, especially Excel, Word and Power point.

Consistent and strong attention to detail is essential.

Knowledge of lean and 5S methodology is required.

Experience Required :

Experience working inside a cleanroom.

Using a hand and bench sealer to seal poly and foil bags.

Vacuum sealing final products.

Packaging large products and using hoists / lifts as necessary.
