What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver / Warehouse Attendant position at Blackwater Global Corporation?
Blackwater Global Corporation is seeking to hire a Driver / Warehouse Attendant in our Conroe, TX location. This position is responsible for transportation of goods to customers and vendors in a timely and safe manner. When at the shop, this position will be expected to help keep track of and organize inventory as needed under the management of our shipping and inventory manager.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with a positive attitude who wants to enjoy working-life balance. Hours may vary slightly, but this position will typically work from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays, and on weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of truck, primarily with a 40' gooseneck trailer, with daily deliveries and merchandise.
- Management of shipping paperwork when transporting goods.
- Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding delivery or delivery-related questions.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and keep them current on traffic laws and equipment operation.
- Stocking, organizing, and cleaning of truck regularly as needed.
- Help maintain cleanliness of the yard and parking area.
- Report to shipping and inventory manager.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the past 3 years (for CDL)
- High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience
- Good driving record with no traffic violations in the past 3 years (CDL required)
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
- Excellent communication skills in English (bi-lingual a plus)

Pay: $46,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
