Are you an experienced Parts Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the automotive industry? [Your Dealership Name] is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Manager to oversee our parts department, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth operations to support our service team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the parts department
• Maintain inventory control and order parts as needed
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure parts availability
• Oversee parts returns, warranties, and core returns
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing when necessary
• Track and analyze department performance metrics
• Provide excellent customer service to retail and wholesale parts customers
• Train and manage parts department staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of dealership DMS systems ( Reynolds & Reynolds)
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Valid driver’s license
