Shift Days: Monday- Sunday
Shift Hours: 6:00AM - 3:00PM
As a Lobby Attendant with Blackwell Professional Support Services, Inc., you will work in collaboration with our Operations Department and the Property Manager to oversee a physical property, assist with the needs of residents, tenants, and visitors with high-touch customer service, collaborate with third party vendors, and meet the demands of the property. This position reports directly to the Lead Lobby Attendant or District Manager assigned to the property.
As a Flex Lobby Attendant, you will act as a member of our rapid response team to provide coverage when our base team members are unavailable. Flex Lobby Attendants do not have a consistent weekly schedule, but build their schedule around their personal availability and the needs of the district on a week-to-week basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors
- Work with supporting departments to address issues promptly
- Ensure entrance into community is only by authorized individuals
- Maintain excellent communication and reporting (in person, by telephone, and by email)
- Maintain knowledge of local businesses to best assist residents and visitors
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality of residents in accordance to policy
- Provide oversight and access for all deliveries to the property
- Maintain a detailed written Lobby Attendant Report (LAR) throughout the duration of your shift
- Ability to reliably commute to various assignment locations within the district
- Additional property specific duties may be required
