Job Summary:
As a Lead Lobby Attendant with Blackwell Professional Support Services, Inc., you will oversee daily lobby operations, ensuring exceptional service to residents, tenants, and visitors. You will lead a team of Lobby Attendants, providing training, scheduling, and support while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. This position reports directly to our District Manager. You will collaborate with the Operations Department and Property Manager to uphold superior customer service standards and facilitate seamless property operations. This customer-facing role requires flexibility, including availability beyond regular shifts as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and scheduling needs.
- Regularly check company announcements, maintain excellent communication and reporting to upper management, and monitor your daily to-do list.
- Train new employees through hands-on tutorials and job shadowing, assist with developing training materials, and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Create and manage work schedules, ensure team members follow updated policies and procedures, and complete a detailed Lobby Attendant Report (LAR) throughout your shift.
- Address client, resident, and vendor requests or concerns as needed, and work with supporting departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure only authorized individuals access the property, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and uphold privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Attend bi- monthly leadership meetings.
- Perform any additional property-specific duties as required.
