Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience and be an integral team player with experience in ensuring quality resident care, survey readiness, and team building.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise all nursing staff
- Oversee department budgets
- Maintain high standards of care for all patients
- Manage patients' data and medical records as confidential records
- Communicate with doctors, patients and family members about patient health
- Train and onboarding new nursing staff
- Provide ongoing education
- Implement new procedures and training Nurses on policies
