Part-time Short Term Project
Our client is seeking an experienced freelance content writer to develop engaging and informative content focused on ESG, sustainability, and related topics. This role will involve creating various content formats, including ebooks, blog posts, white papers, and social media content, targeting business decision-makers in manufacturing and related industries.
Responsibilities :
Research and write compelling content on topics such as :
The UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals and their implications for businesses.
The impact of climate change and solutions for businesses to reduce their environmental footprint.
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging language for a business audience.
Incorporate provided SEO keywords to optimize content for search engines.
Adhere to client’s brand guidelines and style guide.
Collaborate effectively with the marketing team, providing updates and incorporating feedback.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content writing, journalism, or a related field.
Experience writing for a B2B audience, particularly in the manufacturing or related industries.
Portfolio demonstrating experience in thought leadership and development of ebooks, white papers, blog posts, or similar content.
Background in science / sustainability / environmental or related field.
Demonstrated ability to research and write on technical or scientific topics.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of sustainability and environmental issues.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 – $55 / Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
