Who You Are

A Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)

You hold (or are willing to obtain) an active Virginia PA license

You bring at least 2 years of experience in a primary care setting (We love new grads, but this role requires someone who can hit the ground running)

You believe in teamwork over ego, clear and respectful communication, and patient-centered care

You’re reliable, honest, and take pride in doing what’s right—even when no one is watching
What You'll Do

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages

Manage chronic conditions and acute visits with confidence and care
