## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled EARLY MORNING Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and possess knowledge of various beverages and mixology techniques. Breakfast starts at 6:30AM!
## Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate the Aloha POS system to process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety standards
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
## Experience
- Prior experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and familiarity with different types of beer is a plus
- Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Experience in fine dining, catering, or similar upscale establishments is desirable
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
