Outdoor Landscape Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, ensuring that properties are well-kept and visually appealing. Looking for someone young and willing to learn new skills. Need prior knowledge on weedeater and mower.

*not a full 40 hour work week but need someone available all week and all day small small company*

Duties

• Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring optimal conditions for new vegetation.
• Execute lawn care tasks, including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating to maintain lush green spaces.
• Irrigate landscapes effectively to support plant health and growth.
• Conduct groundskeeping activities such as weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs.
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of tree care practices, lawn care techniques, and groundskeeping principles is a plus.
• Ability to operate power tools safely; training will be provided as necessary.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to landscaping.
