- Assist Back office with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Wire Transfer Processing: Execute and manage domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Scheduling and Collecting Wire Transfers
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with wire transfers, including fraud prevention
- Processing contract templates and updating CRM database
Experience
We are currently looking to hire an additional member to our accounting team. This job will include the following;
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Wire Transfer Processing
- Excel
- CRM software
- Editing contract templates
- Basic data entry skills
- Strong understanding of wire transfer procedures and regulations. (we will teach)
- Proficiency in using banking software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
