Job Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting customer and sales data into our online systems in an accurate and timely manner to support our business operations. The Data Entry Clerk will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data and continuously improving the quality of our systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter customer and sales data into our online systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data by conducting regular audits
- Resolve any discrepancies or missing information to ensure data integrity
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and is up to date
- Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes
- Conduct regular data quality checks and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all data entered into our systems
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
