Job Summary
Blade Platforms is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office tasks, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Create and Update daily POD’s
· Being able to multi-task and deal with changing priorities are a key part of the role.
· Answer and direct all incoming business calls
· Your duties include reviewing the processes and finding ways to improve efficiency and productivity. You also gather information and analyze data to identify areas where the business can improve.
· Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and to ensure compliance is fully adhered to
· Scheduling and monitoring Projects through Job watch ensuring all deadlines are met.
· Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, resolving issues.
· Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions.
· Additional tasks including but not limited to creating shipping labels, filing, answering phone calls, issuing uniform, other administration actions as required
· Attend regular team meetings
Qualifications, Skills & Education Requirements
· Two to three years of direct work experience within an office environment.
· Knowledge of all Management System Policies and Objectives
· Computer literate with strong excel, word, outlook skills.
· Effectively communicate at all levels
· Ability to follow and create procedures to support ISO compliance.
· Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
· Excellent listening skills.
· Strong written communication skills.
· Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
· Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
· Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
· High level of integrity and work ethic.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
