What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Supervisor position at Bladen East Health and Rehabilitation?
Bladen East Health and Rehab currently has an available opening for a RN-Weekend Supervisor for our 90 bed skilled nursing facility. This is a part-time position consisting of 12 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. We offer competitive salary. Long term care and management experience preferred.
Registered Nurse Unit Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversees RNs, LPNs and nursing aides
- Ensures compliance with facility policies and procedures
- Mentors nursing staff as needed
- Ensures that patient care is delivered per facility policy
- Analyzes patient records to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of care
- Consults with physicians as necessary
- Handles complaints from patients or families
- Serves as weekend manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
