What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Nurse position at Bladen East Health and Rehabilitation?
Bladen East Health and Rehab in Elizabethtown, NC currently has openings for full-time or part-time RN or LPN staff nurse for our 3p-11p or 11p-7a shifts. Applicant must be able to work every other weekend.
Duties include:
- Assessment of patients by physical examination.
- Supervision of nursing assistants.
- Participation in the care planning process.
- Administration of medications and treatments and documentation in EMAR.
- Communication with physicians regarding changes in resident’s conditions.
- Documentation of assessments and care in electronic medical record.
- Monitoring of delivery of care to residents.
