What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pest Control Technician position at Blades of Green?

In order to provide top-notch service to our clients, we find it imperative to CROSS-TRAIN our technicians in PEST CONTROL LAWN CARE. This allows our technicians to be able to identify problems, offer solutions, and feel confident having conversations with our clients.
Work conditions: Pests don’t always live in nice places — and that’s where we do our work. But don’t worry – we’ll prepare you with all you need to do the work safely and as comfortably as possible. You’ll need to be able to work both inside and outside in your local climate in company-provided weather gear.
Wage Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.

Must Haves:
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
- At least 18 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
