Compensation
- Saturday and Sunday weekend premium pay is $2.50 per hour.
- The starting base pay is up to $23.50 per hour with annual performance-based merit raises.
Job Duties
The Assistant Service Center Manager will assist the Service Center Manager in overseeing the Service Technicians and the Automotive Service Center.
- Resolving customer issues.
- Providing technical assistance and training for service technicians and advisors.
- Supervising Service Center associates.
- Performing technician responsibilities as needed.
- Demonstrating awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Great communication skills are necessary.
- Prior automotive maintenance experience is preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
- Ability to attain an ASE certification in A4 Steering and Suspension and A5 brakes within one year of hire date.
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate with customers and co-workers.
