Job Description:
The Service Advisor will be responsible for performing automotive services in a timely and efficient manner while providing quality customer service. This includes assisting customers with their purchases, utilizing computers to determine product inventory levels and product arrival dates, setting up work orders for customers, scheduling service work, and communicating with the service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality repairs
- Utilize computer systems to manage inventory and schedule service work
- Communicate effectively with customers and the service department
- Process payments and handle customer transactions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as battery installation, wheel balancing, and tire repair
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior auto repair experience preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
