Salary and Benefits
The starting pay for this position is $21.63 per hour with Saturday and Sunday premium pay at $2.50 per hour. Associates hired into full-time roles become eligible for these benefits after 91 days of employment.
Job Description
This role involves advancing technical expertise, overseeing and advising service advisors and technicians, gaining understanding of expense management, participating in interview and selection processes, and writing and delivering performance reviews and coaching when necessary.
