Salary
The compensation package for this position includes a competitive base pay up to $23.50 per hour, with annual performance-based merit raises*. Additionally, Saturday and Sunday weekend premium pay is offered at $2.50 per hour.

Job Description
The Assistant Automotive Service Center Manager would assist the Service Center Manager in overseeing the Service Technicians and the Automotive Service Center. The key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, providing technical assistance and training for service technicians and advisors, supervising Service Center associates, performing Technician responsibilities as needed, and demonstrating awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, prior Automotive Maintenance experience is preferred, and prior supervisory experience is also desirable. Ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend is required. You must also be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks. ASE Certification in A4 Steering and Suspension and A5 brakes within one year of hire date is mandatory. Forklift certification is also necessary. Lastly, you should have the ability to read and speak English and communicate with customers and co-workers.
