Compensation
We offer competitive compensation, including:
- Saturday and Sunday weekend premium pay at $2.50 per hour.
- Base pay up to $21.25 per hour with annual performance-based merit raises.

Job Duties
As a Service Center Automotive Technician, you will perform a wide range of services and duties in our Automotive Service Center. This may include:
- Excellent customer service.
- Repair and install tires.
- Balance wheels.
- Install batteries, headlamps, and other basic automotive parts.
- Perform oil changes.
- Brake system repair.
- Repair starting and charging systems.
- Steering and suspension repair.
- Shock/strut installation.
- Alignments.
- Installation of trailer hitches and wiring.
- Other duties as assigned with progressive on-the-job training.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
- Be able to read and speak English effectively.
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have prior auto repair experience (preferred).
- Have prior retail experience (preferred).
- *Michigan Stores Only*: Hold ASE A4 and A6 Certifications for Tech Level II or ASE A3, A4, A5, and A6 Certifications for Tech Level III, or equivalent Michigan certifications.
