We're looking for a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team in the Automotive Service Center. As a Service Center Professional, you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of services and duties, including repair and installation of tires, balancing wheels, installing batteries and basic automotive parts, oil changes, brake system repairs, starting and charging systems repairs, steering and suspension work, shock/strut installation, alignments, and trailer hitch and wiring installations.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend. You must have a valid driver's license, great communication skills, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks. Prior auto repair experience is preferred, but not required. ASE A4 and A6 Certifications are required for Tech Level II, while ASE A3, A4, A5, and A6 Certifications or equivalent Michigan certifications are needed for Tech Level III positions.
